Linked is an NAA Safety Alert regarding the New Otis Access Alert top-of-car inspection station GFCI outlet.
Hazard: The hot and neutral will be reversed on connections to the outlet and voltage may be present where none is expected. An external polarity tester may not trip the GFCI.
Please notify your supervisor if found. Be sure to follow LOTO when performing corrective actions.
